The Pakistani actress Veena Malik said, i posed topless but not nude.

Veena Malik seemed on the cover of the Indian edition of FHM wearing only a tattoo on her arm accepting the signs ISI, the descriptor for Pakistan’s infamous Inter-Services Intelligence agency inducing a move in her orthodox homeland.

Malik said FHM repaired the photographs to show her without clothes and has now disclosed plans to case against the publication.

She said, “I agreed to a photo shoot and having an ISI tattoo in a humorous way but I did not have any nude photos. My pictures have been morphed.” There is big diffrence between topless and being nude.

Malik said, “You will see various shoots here in the Bollywood industry where the actresses actually went topless but they were covered like the way I was.”

Malik said she had rejected an offer a couple of months ago by an “international (media) agency” to pose nude for a fee but agreed to do a shoot for FHM India instead and without charges, because it was a “personality” shoot.

She said, “What I have lost is priceless.”

FHM India says Malik knew the terms all along and approved the photos. The publication is even demanding a public excuse and has threatened to counter-case Malik for defamation.

FHM editor Kabeer Sharma said, “She was completely aware of the concept. She loved the concept.”

Veena’s Lawyer Ayaz Bilawala said,  “The photo image where she has posed with tattoo on her hand was taken with bikini and/or thong worn by our client. It is a common ground and an admitted position that our client has not for any of the images posed nude. For all the images and photographs which were shot, our client had clothes on. Our client, therefore, states that the photographs which are being circulated and published in the FHM magazine December 2011 and Internet site of FHM magazine have been deliberately tampered with and/or morphed with a view to cause wrongful gain to you and cause wrongful loss to our client.”

Malik said the photo shoot was thought to create positive feelings, not negative ones. She said that the argument has affected her family, particularly her father.

“He did not speak to me. He spoke to one of the media groups and like he was (crying), I mean he was too upset … Okay I mean I don’t blame him for that.”

Malik said, “I am not a perfect Muslim or a perfect person, but I haven’t committed a crime, and unfortunately things like this are part and parcel of the industry I work in.”

However, she understated her criticism back home.

“I am not bothered about what they think, “My fans and many Pakistanis support me and believe (in) me,” She said.
